Genesis Development

Taylor Marie felt that with the changing demands due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, it was time to open her brand into a new era. Her other passion, outerwear, meant staying fashionable while still remaining socially distant. Her pieces strike individuality, boldness, and without fear of the future. Residing in this optimism of hope and the new beginning of design, Taylor Marie was compelled to return to The Beginning, Genesis. Seeing a story of unconventionality, craftsmanship, and satisfaction after each day was formed, Taylor Marie took in the awe of this humbling opportunity.

For Day 2, Taylor Marie decided it would be best represented with a raincoat. With her close friend and Parson’s alum, Caroline Zimbalist, fine artist and textile artist, together they would make an unconventional collaboration.
