Introducing Taylor Hoekstra…

Taylor has lived in Michigan, Chicago, Paris and New York City. She has designed since the age of 14, and graduated from Parsons School of Design in the BFA Fashion Design program, class of 2019. She has also studied at Parsons Paris, FIT Continued Education, and Maison Lesage. In addition, Taylor collaborated with Italian brand Cerruti when abroad, where her designs were featured in DSection Magazine. Taylor was also generously sponsored by Swarovski for her Parsons final collection in 2019. She has worked at Rya Collection, The Stylish Bride, Christian Siriano, Tanya Taylor, Rebecca Schoneveld, The Danes and Fashion Snoops.

Taylor possesses a profound adaptability honed through meticulous research into the essence of each brand, a thorough comparison with competitive counterparts, and a relentless pursuit of growth opportunities. She integrates her discerning eye for color, texture, print, and craftsmanship, crafting a design approach that exudes femininity, opulence, artisanship, and vibrancy, seamlessly blending tailored precision with fluid drapery.

Taylor’s passion lies in cultivating environments imbued with warmth, encouragement, patience, and a growth-oriented mindset. Within such nurturing spaces, creativity flourishes effortlessly, fostering a spirit of adventure and boundless passion among both herself and the teams she leads.
